I have a new staff member and he/she needs a new computer account established. What do I need to do?

- Note that some of these steps are completed through FORGE, but DFMWR IT still requires the Process and Request form to be completed and submitted as a way to initiate their support within this process.
- Go to this web page that has DFMWR's requirements: https://jblm.armymwr.com/employees.
- Expand "MWR Information Technology new computer and MIS account forms."
- Eliminated delays by completing ALL the requirements outlined in this JBLM Computer and MIS Account Process link.
- Send to the correct email address (there are two different addresses to send to, depending on your new employee's duty requirements).
