How do I reset a CCTV camera that is showing a black and white image?


To reset your camera so it will display in color:


- Log in to the AWS

- Log in to VXTOOLBOX

- Click DEVICES tab on top of the screen

- Highlight/click on the appropriate camera

- Click on the GLOBE icon on the upper-right corner of the window
   -- If Internet Explorer pops up with a message, click ASK ME LATER

- Login using the CAMERAS login information on your password sheet

- Click SETTINGS on the top right corner of the screen

- Below the camera image, click REBOOT CAMERA


Once completed, close out Internet Explorer and the VXTOOLBOX window.
