Here's how to get the PII information to the CYS IT office:


- Submit the ticket just to give us a general idea about the issue

   -- For example:  "Household locked."  


- WAIT and reply to the ticket acknowledgement email that you'll get after you submit the ticket


- Encrypt the email

  -- Click "POP OUT" right above the SEND button

  -- Click "OPTIONS"

  -- Click "ENCRYPT"


- Send us the household name with further details
